If I already have a solar system and inverter, can I add the EP2000?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the EP2000 can be installed without affecting your existing solar system.
Just provide the power, voltage, and inverter specs of your existing system, and
our team or installer will help design the right solution for you.

Question 5

Is there a touchscreen?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Check status and take control via the EMS screen—or manage it all remotely
through the BLUETTI app.

Question 6

period ends, BLUETTI still offers paid repair services.

Question 10

What working modes does the EP2000 support?

Accepted Answer

The EP2000 offers four modes to meet various energy needs:

2. Time of Use Mode — avoid high electricity rates during peak hours
3. Backup Mode — stay protected during power outages
4. Custom Mode — tailor settings to your preferences

Question 11

What is the operating temperature range?

Accepted Answer

The EP2000 operates between -20°C and 60°C. When the temperature exceeds 45°C,
the power output will be reduced. The system includes a self-heating feature to
ensure stable operation in cold winter conditions.

Question 12

Can I use the EP2000 if my home has only single-phase electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can, but it will only be able to charge via solar power. If
single-phase electricity is used as the charging source, the system will trigger
a phase-loss warning.
